About

Twenty-five years spent turning emerging technology into results a board can read.

Stone Circle Partners is led by Brad Jaehn, an executive who has run AI, digital, customer-experience, and operating-model transformation across hospitality, travel, gaming, aviation, and consulting — as an operator accountable for the outcome, not an adviser at a distance from it.

Brad Jaehn

Most strategy work fails quietly. The recommendation is sound, the deck is good, and nothing in the operating model changes — because whoever wrote it was never going to be there when the roadmap met the P&L.

Stone Circle Partners was built the other way around. Twenty-five years of operating roles, most recently as Vice President of Product & Customer Experience at Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, where the work included partnering with the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center and Snowflake to define enterprise AI strategy, platform requirements, governance, and adoption — then living with the result across 1.2 million customers.

The pattern repeats across a career: a $200M+ P&L at Arrivia serving 700+ enterprise clients; a 200+ person global organization at McDonald's spanning 70+ markets; product leadership through Gogo's pre-IPO growth, public offering, and international expansion; a product transformation practice built to 70 people and $25M in revenue at CapTech; and a hotel and resort commerce business co-founded, scaled to roughly 250,000 customers, and acquired.

That range is the point. Strategy, product, organizational design, and technology are the same problem seen from four sides, and the useful advice comes from someone who has been accountable on all four.

How We Think

Every meaningful product decision runs through three lenses, in this order.

The commercial lens

How the business actually makes money, and which behaviors move revenue, retention, margin, and EBITDA. Strategy that cannot be traced to one of those is decoration.

The customer lens

What the customer is trying to accomplish, and where friction is destroying trust or trapping value. Most of the highest-return work is here, and most of it is unglamorous.

The technology lens

What is possible now, what scales, what is risky, and what should never get built. The last of those is the one most roadmaps skip.
